Formation
The BOYS AVENUE CLAN is formed and organized as a non-profit and independent group pursuant to the provisions of Article I Section II of the Bylaws of Boys Avenue Clan.

Mission Statement
The BOYS AVENUE CLAN is dedicated to the protection, security and welfare of the group with members who are; responsible, respectful, friendly and kind. All this is done through bonding, right and equal treatment with each other, sharing of thoughts, and solving problems together.
BOYS AVENUE CLAN is also aiming to contribute to the welfare of our community and to do our best to act as a role model of good deeds to the society.

Name
The name of the Group shall be the BOYS AVENUE CLAN, Hereafter referred to as a group of Discreet Male Bisexual Clan.

Objectives
The Clan is organized to operate exclusively for friendship, pleasure, recreation, and other similar non-profitable purposes. In particular, the purpose of the Clan shall be to promote and foster the spirit of the BOYS AVENUE CLAN and to provide a focal point for and a means of expressing the sentiment of the BOYS AVENUE CLAN and to keep members of the clan in personal contact, communication, and fellowship with one another; to encourage and promote the friendship, love with one another and equal treatment and traditions of the Bi Culture.

Qualifications
The Boys Avenue Clan shall be open to all those persons who are:
Discreet Bisexual
Lives around Metro Manila
18-25 years old
Open Minded
